I just purchased a Sony DSC100 camera and this case fits it perfectly. Very strong and rigid case that I feel will offer protection for this camera. The lining on the inside will not scratch the camera. I like the belt loop on the back of the case which makes carrying my travel camera very convenient. Someone mentioned the magnetic catch not holding the front flap. I found that if it is not closed completely it will open but it's not the fault of the case. Close it like it was intended and it holds very well. The only reason I didn't give this case a 5 star rating is that when I put the strap on the case, the buckle broke immediately before I even got a chance to put the camera back in the case. I will have to locate another strap as I don't care to go through the hassle of returning the case and exchanging it.

Fits my Rx100 & an extra battery. Just wish the strap was longer.

I used this case with my rx100 v. What I like about this case vs the Sony branded case, this case has a little room to store an extra battery*.The brown looks good, and offers a fair amount of protection from elements including if I need to put the camera down when i'm out (like at a dinner).What I DONT like about the case, the strap is WAY to short for me (and I'm only 5'7"). I had to hit the web pretty hard to find a replacement strap. (which was oddly more difficult than I anticipated, most of the places were trying to ship from the UK vs the US). I did however find a strap off ebay, the strap is slightly off color from the case but good enough for me . In total, I still spent less than $40 for the case & strap.*I keep the extra sony battery in the Sony travel case/charger (ACC-TRDCX). It fits perfect flat at the bottom of the case and the camera sits ontop of it.
